Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; for larger furniture items, we will help coordinate a professional pickup.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once your items arrive back at our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the furniture to ensure it meets our resale standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping or restocking fees.
